Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship?
We ship Monday through Friday, except holidays, and aim to ship within 24–48 hours. Depending on plant availability and condition, it can occasionally take up to 3 business days.

How long does delivery take, and how do I track it?
We ship with USPS, and delivery usually takes 3–5 business days. Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking link.

Do you ship internationally?
No. Because of plant import regulations we can only ship within the United States. Contact us with any questions.

I need it fast. Can you rush my order?
We can often handle rush or expedited orders. Please contact us before ordering. Rush orders are the only ones that may ship with a carrier other than USPS.

Can I ship to several addresses?
Your billing and shipping addresses can be different, but each order ships to one address. To send to several people, please place separate orders.

Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Yes, but we prefer a street address. Your Boo-Boo Plant needs light and water, so we don't want it waiting in a dark mailbox.

What's included?
Every live plant necklace and keychain comes with watering and transplanting instructions. Step-by-step guides with photos are also on our website.

How do gift cards work?
Gift cards arrive by email with instructions for redeeming them at checkout. There are no extra fees, and they work on everything in the store: plants, necklaces, pots and nests.
